وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا تَمْتَامٌ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنِ اطَّلَعَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَرَمَوْهُ فَأَصَابَ عَيْنَهُ فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ، وَلَا قِصَاصَ
