( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا بَحْرٌ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: وَسَمِعْتُ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ يُخْبِرُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَاتَلَ آخَرَ فَعَضَّهُ فَانْتَزَعَ إِصْبَعَهُ، وَانْتُزِعَتْ سِنُّهُ، فَأَتَيَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ فَأَهْدَرَهُ
