وَهُوَ مَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْمِصْرِيُّ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الرَّزْجَاهِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْمَنِيعِيُّ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ قَالَ: بَيْنَا نَحْنُ عِنْدَ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ إِذْ دَخَلَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ فَحَدَّثَ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا سُلَيْمَانُ فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا يُجْلَدُ أَحَدٌ فَوْقَ عَشَرَةِ أَسْوَاطٍ إِلَّا فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللهِ

Maysarah said: from Muslim, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Jābir, from his father. The correct view is the view of al-Layth b. Saʿd and those who followed him from Bukayr.
