( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ:
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ، عَنْ جَلْدِ الْعَبْدِ فِي الْخَمْرِ فَقَالَ: بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ عَلَيْهِ نِصْفَ جَلْدِ الْحُرِّ
