أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَحْمُوَيْهِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ بِالْبَصْرَةِ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَلَانِسِيُّ، ثَنَا آدَمُ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَضَرَبَهُ بِجَرِيدَتَيْنِ نَحْوًا مِنْ أَرْبَعِينَ، ثُمَّ صَنَعَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ اسْتَشَارَ النَّاسَ فِيهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ؓ: أَخَفُّ الْحُدُودِ ثَمَانُونَ. فَفَعَلَ
