أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ جَنَاحُ بْنُ نَذِيرِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ الْقَاضِي بِالْكُوفَةِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى الْجَابِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَاجِدٍ قَالَ:

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ بِابْنِ أَخٍ لَهُ وَهُوَ سَكْرَانُ فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنَّ ابْنَ أَخِي سَكْرَانُ فَقَالَ: تَرْتِرُوهُ، وَمَزْمِزُوهُ، وَاسْتَنْكِهُوهُ. فَفَعَلُوا، فَرَفَعَهُ إِلَى السِّجْنِ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِهِ مِنَ الْغَدِ. وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي كَيْفِيَّةِ جَلْدِهِ
