17445 - ( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَهْرَوَيْهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
عَنْ أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ وَغَيْرِهِ. فَإِنَّهُ أَثْبَتَ الْخَمْرَ مِنْهُمَا فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، وَأَثْبَتَهَا مِنْهُمَا وَمِنْ غَيْرِهِمَا فِيمَا مَضَى، فَيُقَالُ بِجَمِيعِ مَا ثَبَتَ عَنْهُ ﷺ مَتَى مَا أَمْكَنَ الْجَمْعُ بَيْنَ جَمِيعِهِ، وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ:
