أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقَيْلٍ، أَنْبَأَ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ، وَمَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ يُدْمِنُهَا لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا لَمْ يَشْرَبْهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ
