أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ:
أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ جَاءَ بِغُلَامٍ لَهُ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ؛ فَقَالَ لَهُ: اقْطَعْ يَدَ هَذَا فَإِنَّهُ سَرَقَ. فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ ؓ: مَاذَا سَرَقَ ؟ قَالَ: سَرَقَ مِرْآةً لِامْرَأَتِي ثَمَنُهَا سِتُّونَ دِرْهَمًا. فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ: أَرْسِلْهُ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قَطْعٌ؛ خَادِمُكُمْ سَرَقَ مَتَاعَكُمْ
