قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَ حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ التُّجِيبِيُّ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ شُرَحْبِيلَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ نَبَّاشِي الْقُبُورِ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ: لَعَمْرِي لَبِحَسْبِ سَارِقِ الْأَمْوَاتِ أَنْ يُعَاقَبَ بِمَا يُعَاقَبُ بِهِ سَارِقُ الْأَحْيَاءِ
