( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الْفَلَّاسُ - وَكَانَ حَافِظًا - ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:

لَا تُقْطَعُ الْخَمْسُ إِلَّا فِي خَمْسٍ
