( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ، ثَنَا أَبِي، ثَنَا عَاصِمٌ أَظُنُّهُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْيَسَعِ، عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنِ النَّزَّالِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:

لَا تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ إِلَّا فِي عَشْرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ، وَلَا يَكُونُ الْمَهْرُ أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ
