أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ عَبْدُوسُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ قَتَادَةُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ، أَيُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ دِينَارٍ ؟ قَالَ: قَدْ قَطَعَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ فِي شَيْءٍ لَا يَسُرُّنِي أَنَّهُ لِي بِثَلَاثَةِ دَرَاهِمَ
