وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

كَيْفَ تَسْأَلُونَ أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ عَنْ شَيْءٍ، وَكِتَابُكُمُ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَلَى نَبِيِّهِ ﷺ أَحْدَثُ الْأَخْبَارِ؛ تَقْرَؤُونَهُ مَحْضًا لَمْ يُشَبْ، أَلَمْ يُخْبِرْكُمُ اللهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ أَنَّهُمْ حَرَّفُوا كِتَابَ اللهِ وَبَدَّلُوا، وَكَتَبُوا كِتَابًا بِأَيْدِيهِمْ فَقَالُوا: هَذَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ؛ لِيَشْتَرُوا بِهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا، أَلَا يَنْهَاكُمُ الْعِلْمُ الَّذِي جَاءَكُمْ عَنْ مَسْأَلَتِهِمْ ؟ وَاللهِ مَا رَأَيْنَا رَجُلًا مِنْهُمْ قَطُّ يَسْأَلُكُمْ عَمَّا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ إِلَيْكُمْ
