أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: قَالَ وَكِيعٌ: عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ:
أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ كَتَبَ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ زَنَى بِنَصْرَانِيَّةٍ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ: أَنْ أَقِمِ الْحَدَّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ، وَادْفَعِ النَّصْرَانِيَّةَ إِلَى أَهْلِ دِينِهَا
