كَمَا حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَامِدٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ النَّسَوِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، قَالَا: ثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَوْنِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ

فِي رَجُلٍ وَطِئَ جَارِيَةَ امْرَأَتِهِ. فَقَالَ: " إِنِ اسْتَكْرَهَهَا فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ، وَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ طَاوَعَتْهُ فَهِيَ أَمَةٌ، وَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا
