أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ ( ح ) قَالَ: وَأَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ:
أَنَّ سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنْ وَجَدْتُ مَعَ امْرَأَتِي رَجُلًا أُمْهِلُهُ حَتَّى آتِيَ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ ؟ ! قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
