✧ The One Who Says the Fixed Punishment Is Not Established Upon Him Until He Confesses Four Times

أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

أَنَّ مَاعِزًا لَمَّا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ: وَيْحَكَ، لَعَلَّكَ قَبَّلْتَ، أَوْ غَمَزْتَ، أَوْ نَظَرْتَ. فَقَالَ: لَا. فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " فَعَلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ". لَا يُكَنِّي قَالَ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ أَمَرَ بِرَجْمِهِ
