( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عِيسَى، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَاللاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ قَالَ: الزِّنَا. قَالَ: كَانَ أُمِرَ أَنْ يُحْبَسْنَ يَعْنِي حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ عَلَيْهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةٌ حَتَّى يَتَوَفَّاهُنَّ الْمَوْتُ أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا الْحُدُودَ
