( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَاللاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ يَعْنِي الزِّنَا فِي قَوْلِهِ: فَآذُوهُمَا: يَعْنِي سَبًّا، ثُمَّ نَسَخَتْهَا الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ، وَفِي قَوْلِهِ: أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا قَالَ: السَّبِيلُ: الْحَدُّ
