( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْيَشْكُرِيُّ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْمَكِّيُّ مِنْ وَلَدِ عَبْدِ الدَّارِ، ثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" الْعَبْدُ لَا يُعْطَى مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ شَيْئًا، وَيُعْطَى مِنْ خُرْثِيِّ الْمَتَاعِ، وَأَمَانُهُ جَائِزٌ
