( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ: أَنَّ وَبَرَةَ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ:

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا - أَوْ إِلَيْنَا - عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَنَحْنُ نَرْجُو أَنْ يُحَدِّثَنَا حَدِيثًا حَسَنًا، فَمَرَرْنَا بِرَجُلٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ: حَكِيمٌ فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، كَيْفَ تَرَى فِي الْقِتَالِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ ؟ قَالَ: هَلْ تَدْرِي مَا الْفِتْنَةُ - ثَكِلَتْكَ أُمُّكَ - ؟ كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ يُقَاتِلُ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، فَكَانَ الدُّخُولُ فِيهِمْ - أَوْ قَالَ: فِي دِينِهِمْ - فِتْنَةً، وَلَيْسَ بِقِتَالِكُمْ عَلَى الْمُلْكِ
