حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ - إِمْلَاءً، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَامِدٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
