( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى - هُوَ ابْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا يَحِلُّ مَالُ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ لِأَخِيهِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْطَاهُ بِطِيبِ نَفْسِهِ
