وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
أَمَرَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ مُنَادِيَهُ فَنَادَى يَوْمَ الْبَصْرَةِ: لَا يُتَّبَعُ مُدْبِرٌ، وَلَا يُذَفَّفُ عَلَى جَرِيحٍ، وَلَا يُقْتَلُ أَسِيرٌ، وَمَنْ أَغْلَقَ بَابَهُ فَهُوَ آمِنٌ، وَمَنْ أَلْقَى سِلَاحَهُ فَهُوَ آمِنٌ، وَلَمْ يَأْخُذْ مِنْ مَتَاعِهِمْ شَيْئًا
