( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ: عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو النَّضْرِ: هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ، وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ، فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا مَنَعُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ، وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ، إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
