( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَنْبَسِ: سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ، وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ، ثُمَّ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيَّ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى
