( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا الْمُجَوِّزُ يَعْنِي الْحَسَنَ بْنَ سَهْلٍ، ثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ:

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً اسْتُحِيضَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تُؤَخِّرَ الظُّهْرَ وَتُعَجِّلَ الْعَصْرَ وَتَغْتَسِلَ لَهُمَا غُسْلًا، وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ تُعَجِّلَ هَذِهِ وَتُؤَخِّرَ هَذِهِ وَتَغْتَسِلَ لَهُمَا غُسْلًا

    لم يسند هذا الخبر غير محمد بن إسحاق وشعبة لم يذكر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأنكر أن يكون الخبر مرفوعا وخطأه أيضا في تسمية المستحاضة وقد اختلف الرواة في إسناده فرواه شعبة وابن إسحاق كما مضى ورواه ابن عيينة فأرسله إلا أنه وافق محمدا في رفعه
