أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ:

أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنِ اسْتَعْمَلْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ خَيْرَ مَنْ أَعْلَمُ، ثُمَّ أَمَرْتُهُ بِالْعَدْلِ أَقَضَيْتُ مَا عَلَيَّ ؟، قَالُوا: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: لَا. حَتَّى أَنْظُرَ فِي عَمَلِهِ، أَعَمِلَ بِمَا أَمَرْتُهُ أَوْ لَا
