أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ، عَنْ خَالِهِ: الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ قَالَ:
إِنَّمَا زَمَانُكُمْ سُلْطَانُكُمْ، فَإِذَا صَلَحَ سُلْطَانُكُمْ صَلَحَ زَمَانُكُمْ، وَإِذَا فَسَدَ سُلْطَانُكُمْ فَسَدَ زَمَانُكُمْ
