أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ: الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الطُّوسِيُّ، ثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْفُقَيْمِيُّ، ثَنَا مُجَاهِدٌ، عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا يُوجَدُ مِنْ كَذَا وَكَذَا
