وَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْيَرْبُوعِيُّ فِي بَنِي حَرَامٍ، ثَنَا سَلَّامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ: أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنِ الْكَلْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

وُجِدَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ قَتِيلًا فِي دَالِيَةِ نَاسٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ، فَبَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَيْهِمْ، فَأَخَذَ مِنْهُمْ خَمْسِينَ رَجُلًا مِنْ خِيَارِهِمْ، فَاسْتَحْلَفَهُمْ بِاللهِ: مَا قَتَلْنَا، وَلَا عَلِمْنَا قَاتِلًا، وَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الدِّيَةَ، فَقَالُوا: لَقَدْ قَضَى بِمَا قَضَى فِينَا نَبِيُّنَا مُوسَى - عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ
