أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:

جَعَلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ الدِّيَةَ فِي ثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ وَثُلُثَيِ الدِّيَةِ فِي سَنَتَيْنِ وَنِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ فِي سَنَتَيْنِ وَثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ فِي سَنَةٍ
