أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:

لَا تَحْمِلُ الْعَاقِلَةُ إِلَّا ثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ فَصَاعِدًا - كَذَا قَالَا
