( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ سَمِعَ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: وَاسْمُ هَذَا الرَّجُلِ عَمْرُو بْنُ بَرْقٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" الْمَرْأَةُ تَعْقِلُهَا عَصَبَتُهَا وَلَا يَرِثُونَ إِلَّا مَا فَضَلَ عَنْ وَرَثَتِهَا
