( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعْدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الصَّدَفِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلَّانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" دِيَةُ الْمَجُوسِيِّ ثَمَانِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ
