( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْحَدَّادِ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَضَى فِي دِيَةِ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ بِأَرْبَعَةِ آلَافٍ وَفِي دِيَةِ الْمَجُوسِيِّ بِثَمَانِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ
