أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الطَّيِّبِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الشَّعِيرِيُّ، ثَنَا مَحْمِشُ بْنُ عِصَامٍ، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نُسَيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ غَنْمٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" دِيَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ
