فِي الْأَصَابِعِ فِي كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ إِلَّا الْإِبْهَامَ فَإِنَّ فِيهَا نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ لِأَنَّ فِيهَا مَفْصِلَيْنِ
