وَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَضَى فِي الْإِبْهَامِ بِخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ، وَفِي الَّتِي تَلِيهَا بِعَشْرٍ، وَفِي الْوُسْطَى بِعَشْرٍ، وَفِي الَّتِي تَلِي الْخِنْصَرَ بِتِسْعٍ، وَفِي الْخِنْصَرِ بِسِتٍّ
