وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ:
الدِّيَةُ تُقْسَمُ عَلَى فَرَائِضِ اللهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - فَيَرِثُ مِنْهَا كُلُّ وَارِثٍ
