أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَفَّانُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:

مَا رُفِعَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قِصَاصٌ قَطُّ إِلَّا أَمَرَ فِيهِ بِالْعَفْوِ
