وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى الْحُرُّ بِالْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدُ بِالْعَبْدِ إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ قَالَ: كُتِبَ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْقِصَاصُ وَأُرْخِصَ لَكُمْ فِي الدِّيَةِ: فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَدَاءٌ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسَانٍ قَالَ: هُوَ الْعَمْدُ يَرْضَى أَهْلُهُ بِالدِّيَةِ فَيَتَّبِعُ الطَّالِبُ بِمَعْرُوفٍ، وَيُؤَدِّي يَعْنِي: الْمَطْلُوبَ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسَانٍ ذَلِكَ تَخْفِيفٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ قَالَ: مِمَّا كَانَ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ
