( وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّا أَوْ رِمِّيَّا تَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمْ بِحَجَرٍ أَوْ بِعَصًا فَعَقْلُهُ عَقْلُ خَطَإٍ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ عَمْدًا فَقَوَدُ يَدَيْهِ، فَمَنْ حَالَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ
