أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" إِنَّ اللهَ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - أَبَى عَلَيَّ لِمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا
