أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَزِيَادُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ قَالَا: ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ أَبِي عُمَرَ:
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ أَعْتَقَ غُلَامًا لَهُ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ عُودًا فَقَالَ: مَا لِي فِيهِ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ مَا يُسَاوِي ذَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ لَطَمَ مَمْلُوكَهُ أَوْ ضَرَبَهُ حَدًّا لَمْ يَأْتِهِ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ
