حَدَّثَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، ثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نَافِعِ بْنِ عُجَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ - ؓ
فِي قِصَّةِ بِنْتِ حَمْزَةَ قَالَ: فَقَالَ جَعْفَرٌ ؓ أَنَا أَحَقُّ بِهَا فَإِنَّ خَالَتَهَا عِنْدِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَمَّا الْجَارِيَةُ فَأَقْضِي بِهَا لِجَعْفَرٍ فَإِنَّ خَالَتَهَا عِنْدَهُ وَإِنَّمَا الْخَالَةُ أُمٌّ.
