وَفِي رِوَايَةِ فِرَاسٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي قِصَّةِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ:
فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ أَوْ قَالَ: فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: قَدْ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ لِمَنْ كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ رَجْعَةٌ. فَأَمَرَهَا فَاعْتَدَّتْ عِنْدَ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ
