أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَالْحَجَّاجُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أُتِيَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ شَهِدَتْ عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ أَنَّهَا أَرْضَعَتْهُمَا فَقَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ رَجُلَانِ أَوْ رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ
