أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ:

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ عِنْدَ دَارِ الْقَضَاءِ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ رَضَاعَةِ الْكَبِيرِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ: كَانَتْ لِي وَلِيدَةٌ وَكُنْتُ أَطَؤُهَا فَعَمَدَتِ امْرَأَتِي إِلَيْهَا فَأَرْضَعَتْهَا فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَتْ: دُونَكَ، فَقَدْ وَاللهِ أَرْضَعْتُهَا، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: أَوْجِعْهَا وَائْتِ جَارِيَتَكَ إِنَّمَا الرَّضَاعَةُ رَضَاعَةُ الصَّغِيرِ
